加盟方法 Franchising Method

软心先生目前正在寻找符合条件的特许经营加盟商，在他们当地发展软心先生这个品牌。 加盟区域目前可选择的是江苏/浙江内的一些地级市地区，请参考第三、第四条。 每一个加盟商在经软心先生授权批准后，将独立运作他们在授权加盟范围内的公司。软心先生目前仅在苏州地区提供单车加盟。
Mister Softee is currently looking for qualified franchisees looking to exclusively develop the Mister Softee brand in their local region. Territories currently available are prefecture-level cities in the Jiangsu/ Zhejiang region and can be found in items three and four. Each franchisee will own and operate their own franchised units in their region after being authorized by Mister Softee.
*Single unit franchises are currently available only in the Suzhou, Jiangsu territory.

加盟商基本要求 Basic Requirements for Franchising

加盟管理团队中至少有1名管理人员具有5年及以上餐饮行业中高层管理经验
There must be at least one manager in the franchising management team with five or more years experience in the catering/ QSR industry working at the middle to upper management level.

认同软心先生企业文化，服从软心先生管理指导及规章制度
Franchisee must fully accept and adopt the company’s culture, rules and regulations.

加盟商必须获得经营食品流动车所需的政府审批的证照、批准文件。相关部门包括特许经营区域内当地的城管部门和交警部门等
Franchisee must have the ability to obtain the related government permits and approvals necessary to operate a mobile catering business. Departments of relevance include the targeted territory’s city management department and traffic police department.

加盟商必须向软心先生交纳全额加盟费
Franchisee must have the means to pay the full franchising fee to Mister Softee.

加盟商必须遵守软心先生制定的发展计划（详见第四款）
Franchisee must comply with Mister Softee’s development plan (please refer to item four).

加盟商必须具备一定的经济基础和清楚的信用记录、和具有投资所需流动资金（详见第四款）
Franchisee must have the proper financial standing and a clear credit history as well as have the available funds for investment (please refer to item four).

发展计划及投资资金要求 Development Plan and Investment Requirements

为了维持加盟商在其特许经营区域的专有权，每一个独家授权加盟商必须根据如下表格的发展计划执行，另外，以下表格展示的是对于独家授权加盟商的最低可用资金要求。
To maintain exclusive rights to their territory, each master franchisee must develop in accordance with the development plan laid out below. Additionally, the franchisee’s minimum available capital requirements are displayed below.
